Did you check/replace/grease the orings that seal the passages between the block and the body?

or it could be your barbs arent screwed in or you nicked the macro line in the process... FYI I did this and it had me stumped for a bit but that is what is was. Sounds similar to your problem dude.

Replace the LPR piston its most likely missing the rubber bumper on the small end of the piston or you may need to replace the o-ring on the LPR. Its over pressurizing and venting from the noid. The replacements are crimped instead of glued so you wont have the same issue again after replacing the part.

The LPR is the spike that sits under the barrel. It converts the High pressure air from the High pressure reg or "HPR" to Low pressure to operate the more sensitive parts of the Ego like the Noid.

Its all in the manual off the PE website they should have a exploded view. Where you can see how everything goes. It's not a noid issue is an LPR (Low Presure Reg) piston issue. The original LPR piston was glued and over time delaminates its self from the piston causing the noid to over pressurize and vent threw the hole you described. It dose this so the noid dose not get damaged. I learned this the hard way after purchasing a replacement noid at $140 that I did not need its less then $20 for the part and you dont need tools to replace it. did you check the link I posted? Thats the part you will need. But try replacing all the o-rings on the LPR before buying the part. (use grease not lube on the LPR)

Manual can be found in the drop box http://www.planeteclipse.com/site/product_support

Use Sleek or the techT they are both rebranded Dow33. Thats what you want. I have actualy used Vaseline for years on my 08. Its what PE recommended back in 07 when they were not producing their own brand of grease. This could be the reason I had the rubber bumper fall of the LPR piston in the first place. I now use the PE grease. But the others will work fine in a pinch.

The slick honey I find too oily. It's better for getting DMs to shoot in the cold.

It would be at the very top of this picture.
Did you look at the LPR piston or just replace the O-ring on it? It solved the same issue in another thread.

Should sit inside it. Should be white or black if there is just metal on the inside of the tip thats your issue. There is a rubber piece that is glued in the end. The new replacements are crimped in so it wont come out again, and have a white bumper instead of black (original)
