So I picked up an 02 Viking a few months back and want to have her milled. Looking for some cool milling ideas. WAS 1.6 board is in her and i'm looking to update to 2.0. How do i do so? Still new to Vikings.. Has the mac solenoid in it and i really am thinking about sending it into DC to get the hidden milling done and the Humphrey solenoid installed. Set aside from that, is there and specific milling options that would look good?
Destructive Customs is the only shop with currently milling Vikings/Excals with a finished design. Acid Customs is appears to be working on something as well, but hasn't finished yet. As well, you can always find someone with a manual mill to take a bit off and come up with your own design that way.
As far as updating the board, you need a special cable for it. Your best bet is to have DC do if/when you send it in to them.
