Not impressed with DLX right now, its been 2 weeks since I paid for my 2.0 and have not heard a word from them. Oh and I called over a week ago about getting some stock parts for my 1.0 and still have not been called back.

I had an email chain from Darryl Trent that seems to have gone MIA, either they walked out and left this for Gog or are on vacation. I am trying to get a replacement FT screw in a 2.0

Thats horrible, for the amount that they are charging for guns and parts the least that they could do is get stuff out and anwser emails.

Update, Darryl mailed me back asking if my issue was taken care of and said he was gone for the past couple of weeks. I guess that is the problem with communicating directly with someone instead of "support@company.com" but like I said its just a screw and I probably won't use FT anyway but it would be nice to try it.

Just know that I was ready to spend some more money untill all this started, now I am considering selling my Luxes just so I dont have to deal with the customer service that I have, or have not got. That and the fact that it be almost 3 weeks from the day that I paid for my 2.0 before it is in my hands and it was an "in-stock" color combo is just not okay.

I think they must have gotten way behind or something because I couldn't get a hold of anyone for awhile but I received return phone calls twice at the end of last week and Darryl himself called me this morning in response to an email I sent. He said he had over 800 emails backed up he was trying to catch up on.

So there must have been a lull but they are doing great now in responding to inquiries.

I had my FT screw head break off the first time I touched it out of the box. I just ordered a new FT manifold from Pooty and it came with a new screw. It was pretty easy to change out.

Any chance people know of a list of accredited techs? I'm in northern Minnesota and I'm looking to get a 2.0 core and board into my luxe, but locally I don't trust my 'techs' (I use that term very loosely)

You do not NEED a tech to install a board and core. do it yourself. Order it from punisherspb.com Good to go bub

Is there a reason why you need a tech for these items? You can drop these items in yourself with little problem.

If you are really concerned with your local techs I know there are plenty of guys here as well as the Luxe mob that are fairly close or within mailing distance to tech your gun.

Was super fast and had better then great customer service and It was two days before cup! Got my gun back and fixed in less then two weeks!thing shoots flawless!
