8.1 Question

I keep hearing people talk about how "accurate" these pistols are. Am I missing something or do they fall under the same principle of paint quality being the only real factor in the accuracy? I know a really crappy barrel that isn't polished inside correctly or machined well can also affect it. I'm just checking because I was looking into getting into playing with pistols whenever I play recreationally.

Thanks in advance.

The pistol is only as accurate as the player useing it. Player makes the gun not the other way around

True, no gun is really more accurate than any other. But these pistols "feel" super accuarte beacuse
1) You often play up front and personal with them
2) They are made to be sighted down the barrel like a real handgun and dont have a feedneck in the way so you can aim really nicely.

Try a T8. You won't be sorry. For rec play they are unbeatable. If you have the cash u can go 9.1 instead tho as it gives you more options. Get the cheapest version tho. You dont want to buy the elite with all its useless garbage mounted to it.
Woodsball is the only real paintball experience...

Exactly as havoc said..

normally with them your not trying to "long ball" players, so there is less side to side off the mark action going on with the paint in the shorter amount of travel to the target.
I shot the Sheriff,The Deputy And the Ref.. But we all knew the Ref had it coming.

My drinking team has a paintball problem.

the reason they are said to be more accurate is the fact that they can use the first strike rounds which travel farther and more accurate. However, if you are jsut putting in normal paint that is all dependant on the paint quality. AA has a nice video of him shooting the Tipx and the 8.1 side by side. I suggest taking a look.
Stuff I am looking for
