2012 Empire Packs

Looking at the 2012 Empire packs, how light are they? And also im a bigger guy with 40 in waist, will these fit? Does the waist stretch? Thanks

I have one of the 2012 ones. Its very nice and light although I am not sure there are many packs that are actually heavy... I have a 34 waist and It feels like the belt thing wouldnt extend that much more if i needed it to. im not sure if there is like a pack extender or something that you can buy for it. your best bet would be to go try it on at your local proshop

i just picked up a empire 2012 react breed 2+5, fits nice and snug, the way i always thought they are supposed to, but as for a size 40..you may want to try it on first because i am a size 36 and unless you get a belt extender, its going to be at the max probably

I think the Empire packs have sizes so there should be one. I think mine is a large/xl and I'm a 34 in waist and it has alot more room.

I have the '12 liquid breed pack that I ordered off ans gear and there was no different sizes so idk about other packs but I think the breed packs only have one size.....

Ya empire changed from their small/medium and large/xlarge in previous years to one size fits all in their 2012 harness line
