So I've been having an issue where every time I go to the field and chrono I always have to up my hpr volicty what would b the problem?

try breaking down the reg and cleaning it

It could be either a reg issue, or a slightly increasing bolt stick, make sure you check all of your inner can, bolt guide and back cap orings for nicks, and you lube each one correctly.
