Rotor with Automag

So has anyone ever tried a rotor with there mag i cant find my revi and i am playing in a mech only tourney this weekend. i know the one time i used a halo on my mag it made one hell of a mess, so i was wondering if anyone has had any sucess with trying a rotor on there mag

My rotor made the marker double feed Causing barrel breaks.

I only use my Ripper Mag with a rotor and nothing else its never let me down and has no problem keeping up when I RT it, the only mag I wont us my rotor on is my classic minimag cause its just a classic valve so I cant really out shoot my revy for that one. But if you got an X-valve or RT just use a rotor youll be happy and it will never let ya down.

it's got a classic valve in it the gun is all stock except for it has a Dye double trigger frame on it im a little leary of using the rotor i guess ill just test it out at the tourney before we start cause i dont have any paint here with me

You should be perfectly fine as long as your detents are good the only problem would be the rotor pushing the stack past very weak detents thats all.

Lower the force on the rotor. You should be fine. If its still pushing past your detents. You might have worn them out or the paint youre using is very small.
You can beef up your detent by adding a layer of tape at the back part of the detent. That basicly pushes the detent into the barrel more.

if you RT it's fine. if not lower the force or get a level ten

i only use my mag one time a year for this charity mech only event. i had no problems using the rotor on it. went ahead and changed out to a brand new detent before hand thou. what i love about mags is that my three man team were the only ones there and everyone was drooling over them
