Weather is normally sunny and warm. I think last summer was in the upper 90s. Turn out at the summer game is normally smaller, probably around 500-600 players.

Yes, Nate"Swagger"Durbano from Bad Karma is the RED general. I don't know who they got to step in as the losing, er, I mean, YELLOW general....

I don't know... might want to wait to see who the Yellow general is before picking sides. Swagger will do a great job, but I bet Dan has another great candidate picked out for Yellow.

It sounds like the last game was fairly close and would have been closer with a better night game turnout. I really don't see some of the better teams on Red volunteering to play against each other. I know Walkons, New Breed and Crossfire have paid their dues before joining people that played for the opposite side.

That's what I was getting at. Playing Renegade for 3 games in a row now (and hoping to continue), I don't understand this idea of Red and Yellow teams. Each game is a new challenge. Play the other side of the field once in awhile and make some new friends. Besides, Red and Yellow... it's just a color.

I appreciate the support Aerophyte! We love rolling with you guys every chance we get. Spring or Fall, Red or Yellow doesn't matter to us... we've won from both sides during both games. For us it's about having good fun and awesome competition with great friends. We love rolling with Swagger, but as always will wait until both generals are announced before making a decision which side to join. Looking forward to another great fall SuperGame!
Red or Yellow, you can rest assured... Crossfire WILL be there

Well I know I can speak for all of us over here at NB Nation,we love to make new friends but better yet we love playing against the odds. We deside on what color we run by the size, experience, firpower and treats lol each side has. When we see teams like AFL,Team Walkons,OKC,MoonGoobie and Crossfire we see huge numbers and most of the time teams have been playing with one another for years now so they seem to stay together and when teams do this it seems to unbalance sides so we try to counter it by playing on the other side. The oher thing we have notice and dont understand how/why it happens but it always seems to be all scenario teams on one side and speedball/newbies on the other. We are waiting to see who the two generals are for SG 44 and see how the teams start to build up befor we deside what side to play on or unless one of the generals talks to us. Either way we are they no matter what and to have fun and will do our best to make sure that happens.

I am not sure what you mean by this....."paying dues"? we all pay for entry into SG.

Its solely about knowing the guy beside u has ur back and that the teams ur with are out there working their tale off to do things the right way. Peace of mind goes a long way and building relationships that you can count on takes even longer. When I go into a fight, the teams listed above are ones I'd want to have my back, that list isn't limited, but you get the point.
There are plenty of teams who run yellow we'd love to play with, for instance the irregulators. Haven't played with them since sg 37 when I was general an we all played yellow. We don't all go red to spite anyone, its just the way it is. No harm no foul. I could name plenty of teams like them okc would love to roll with. Certain reasons have brought a few teams closer to one another than others.... No biggie. We'd love have that relationship with more people... Hands down. The NW scene is chalked full of great people.
Cheers
