I hand wash both mask and pod pack. I only put my pod packs in the machine if they're REALLY badly stained.

Handwash in a washroom sink with dawn dish soap and a scrub brush. i throw them in the spin cycle to get most of the water out of them when i am done washing.

Hand wash...all the way. Usually you can get most of the paint off at the field itself if you bring a microfiber towel. Once home just get a wet towel or completely submerge it in warm soapy water and scrub lightly.

Mask though, you shouldn't need to "wash" it. Just remove your lens and and frames and wipe away the paint. The plastic portions of the mask you can soak but it's pointless IMHO.

Wet paper towel for pod pack. i wash my mask in the sink after i play. make sure you don't hang your mask by the strap to dry or you'll blow it out.

So i don't needlessly start another thread i'm gonna jump in on this. Is the dryer okay for jersey and pants if you put it on air only(no heat)? I really can't leave them hanging up for 12-24 hours.
