Yep!

Thus far these guys have been getting everything taken care of for me. They are within the initial time frame agreed upon, and even offered to bring my marker to Living Legends if there wasn't enough time to get it shipped to me before then.

Sometimes is takes a couple of days to get back, but they have been able to answer my questions. Whenever I've talked to them on the phone they are able to get me answers quick too.

Should get my marker next week.

getbunkerd, i am sorry but unless customer service has massively improved notoriouscheech is well within his rights to comment on his situation. I created this thread to warn people about this exact thing. I was never contacted, reached out to, or even considered a valuable customer. I had to call every few days for months just on the hopes of talking to someone who cared. And i was met with lie after lie.

In the end, 8 months and two shipments months apart, i was still out parts which were never found. The refund covered them, so basically I ended up with a half price anno job that is laughed at for quality.

Since you strictly handle customer service, i would welcome you to contact me.

i had a terrible experience with ballers inc aswell. Not only did it take months longer then i was told, they sent the gun back missing a crucial piece, when i messaged them about it i never heard back.

my mamba lcd will forever have a unmatching plate that holds the asa to the body . glad someone finally called these guys out, i have seen plenty of complaints about them.

Euro Speed board for Angel
Complete Angel LCD solenoid assembly
The front and rear breech pivot pins
some misc screws and pieces for the trigger frame

that flat plate on the left is what they lost for me, which is crazy because they obviously had it at one point its in the picture! . There were some other little misc parts missing, but i had a parts gun to cover it. Nice ripper, maybe these guys just love old angels and like keeping parts.

but look how sad that gun is with out that matching part, i only have a silver one for it .

I am sorry to hear about your off handed experience. We had some people working for us that we had to fire due to their lack of job tracking. Send me a PM with more information, I would be happy to get you another go on another marker for your troubles.

Cheech's argument may indeed be valid but he also forgot the parts we replaced for FREE. I asked him to PM me, he decided not to.

Kool, let us give it another go if you have another Marker. Again, we had some people working with us that had issues with job tracking and keeping orders together. That has since been handled.

GetBunkerD, you seem like a nice enough guy. Please don't take any of this as directed towards you. I can't speak for other people, but my issues with Ballers were too widespread for me to be comfortable trying them again. All of my problems started with an email from a Charles Eric Holland (I assume that is Misfit) saying my markers were done and shipped back when they weren't. From that point on I was lied to repeatedly. The few times I was acknowledged by Ballers, it was always to blame HC (the maker of my Rogue). HC may be responsible in part for the delays, but they had nothing to do with the lies. That was all Misfit and Kovo. I find too much anger and/or pride are usually what prevents people from taking FULL responsibility for a screw up and offering a sincere unqualified apology. I have yet to get one. At this point it doesn't matter, but it would have been nice during the ordeal. And there were more issues I didn't even write about in my post on the Ballers thread (post #591).

I would like to apologize on behalf of the entire crew. I am sorry that you were mistreated.

I can tell you, that gun alone, was the single most PITA marker we have EVER done and since then we have turned them away. When we got no support from the manufacturer, that made matters worse.

I can only apologize at this point for how that turned out.

you guys seem like your hooking the old mishaps up! can you give me that part missing from my angel!

gun forreal is sad as hell with 1 unmatching part man. i mean...that is the only part of the gun that you will never even find for sale unless you buy a parts gun which wont match,

so out of just respect for paintball history and not seeing another mamba lcd for sale in over a year, you should just make my gun right. I will mail you the piece

liverlip, i had the exact same experience. And IcyKoolAid, i didnt get your part, sorry.

I did however get three parts that are not mine. They are sitting nicely on my shelf waiting for Ballers to do the right thing. Maybe getbunkerd is a step in the right direction.

getbunkerd did reach out to me and is going to talk to eric to see what they are willing to do. While my guess is eric will never want to see my stuff ever again, and i am extremely nervous about the possibility of them making the ano worse even if they do offer to redo it, but I am glad he is at least attempting an effort to do the right thing. In the end, I think that is all most of us ever wanted.

I hope it is legit
