i shoot a dm7 with the UL barrel and for some reason the ball goes straight till about ten feet from the bunker than sway left or right ?? cant figure this out was wondering if tip wear would cause this ?? any input

Normal tip wear does not. If there are dents or dings along the inner lip of the tip, then maybe. Most likely, it's just the paint you're using and/or the environmental conditions (wind, etc).

Make sure you are not over lubing your DM if there's too much inside it blows out the gun into the barrel.. its often over looked

That slight curve also happens when you overbore and angle your gun on a snap (as in the gun not being perpendicular to the ground).
