Moving out to new mexico in the spring

i got stationed in good ole holloman AFB and im trying to find a good/decent place to play... i dont mind driving some.. but i do prefer airball.. get at me with some suggestions! thanks!

If you don't mind quite a bit of a drive (3-4 hours) there is a field in Los Lunas that is run by the city and only open on the weekends. Also there is one in Albuquerque at Hinkle Family Fun Center and its open Thursday - Sunday. Hope that helps some!

Also check out el paso, is closer and there is supposed to be an airball field near the ep airport. Holloman had a paintball field awhile ago, mainmade bunkers only. Might look into that too not sure if it is still around. If you are coming from a large city that has pro shops and air ball fields you will find out when you get here that there is not much of that unfortunately.

yea i come from 3 hours away from san diego/phx/ and lived in houston, tx.. paintball will change going into NM.. but im willing to make the drive to get a good weekend of paintball in.

I'm falling into a similar position as ycpb. I am getting stationed at White Sands Missle Range, NM around the begining July. I used to compete a lot in NY and then when I moved to Texas I didn't get to compete much since they didn't have many tourneys. Where would be a good place o play and maybe link up with some teams to play?

Los Lunas has all the best players from around here and is really cheap too if you help with the field they ony charge you for paint and thats only $4O

Hey, you still at holloman? you hear that we have sq. ball starting in july? by far the best field in the area as of now is Rickys out in El paso. also, alamogordo is going to be setting up a field here in the near future. what shop you at?

American Eagle Paintball will be setting up an airball field in the Alamogordo area in July. We already have employees coming from El Paso that will be setting up the airball field, but can always use more volunteers. We welcome all that want to play; speedball and scenario/milsim. All volunteers will get free play time including air and paint.
