Can anyone tell me why this was closed in the first place. I too would like to see the badge reopened since the military one will NEVER happen.

closed cause it was a giveaway for that luxe on page 1, And like all things pbn, they don't last forever.

And it's been discussed before that services badges aren't in the cards. Just put it in your signature instead.
