Just a review on
Census Design Lab from me.
I captain a team from Sydney, Australia and we were lucky enough to pick up
PBrack Clothing as a sponsor for the 2012 paintball season.
as such we needed to get a Jersey design done up and ready for the season, PBrack quickly refferred us onto Jacob at Census and from there we got to work.
Initially I provided Jacob with the following design brief:
'We'd like to bring back an oldschool Icehockey feel to our jersey, the only color we are set on at the moment is a bright green'
and I also provided him with the dodgey logo I had made up in mspaint..... With a little bit of twoing and froing with emails, Jacob sent me the following design within around 4 days:
Needless to say we were very impressed! Then over the next 2-3 weeks as does happen, we had a few changes and sponsors added and removed, all of this was done really easily and Jacob was always helpfull and friendly whenever I or any of my team contacted him.
we eventually ended up with the following design after several changes dues to sponsors & little 'ideas'
and the final jersey turned out like this, the manufacturer had to make a change to the jersey cut design, Jacob was able to change the template around for us and was happy to do so as well! (oh and a few more sponsors changed)
so in conclusion,
Census Design Lab were probably the best service I have ever dealt with when it comes to paintball related design, They are proffessional, easy to get along with and always approachable. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new paintball related design. It might take a tiny bit longer than some other designers, but you'll get something that will last!
