bought my luxe brand new about a month or 2 ago. just picked it up out of the box and it seemed to shoot fine. i was not using feather touch

1. first shot drop.

- the spring in the bolt doesnt have enough strength to hold the bolt forward. ive changed, relubed, cleaned the bolt / orings...i had this thing lookin factory new. no change at all. sometimes its 1 or 2 low first shots. sometimes i litterally have to ramp through about 20 cycles to get it up to full fps.

so after playing with the bolt i started playing with the board settings.
changed dwell from 12 -> 14
changed fsd from 7 ->10

seemed a tiny bit better.

2. so while i was trying to figure all this out i was curious to see how changing into feather touch mode would affect things. i put the screw from storage into the manifold and start shooting...
worst bolt stick ever ( sounds like an ego in training mode).
so i go to put it back into storage mode and TA-DA! no ft screw head. no clue how it snapped off but now im stuck with a luxe on training mode.

anyone have contact info to DLX? im not too happy.

From everything I've read the ft is extremely fragile, but I'm sorry to hear that, go to thier website

i have a post from last night about this exact thing happening to the screw. post back what you find out from dlx, i won't have time to call them until at least wednesday. i installed mine and it barely felt snug and then loose, i tried to back it out and i was holding the screw head.

i had my grips off when i had the feathertouch on and started shooting and it flewpast my head across my room...took me 20 mins to find it and when i did it was only the head.

Its odd that the heads of the screws are breaking. I'd definately call DLX and explain the issue.

never heard about them ever beaking or anything on 1.0s and 1.5s

I know you don't want to have the FT in if sprung, but that's pretty bad for all that to happen on a new Luxe. Never heard about the screw breaking before now. Hopefully DLX will make it right when you call them.

WOW I HAVE THE SAME ISSUE, except.i didnt even shoot it yet, when i opened the grips my feather touch were already broken..

Had the same problem with my brand new 2.0
Contacted DLX, got a brand new manifold pretty quick with no problems for free.
Rocking the Luxe with pooty core without the FT now and im shooting tits.

Just contact them, from the looks of it, it might become a common issue on the 2.0.. Wouldnt change it for any other marker out there tho.

I had the same issue with the FT on a 2.0 , I contacted DLX and they gonna send me a new part no questions ask but my addy !!!
