Seriously, get over yourself. Order processing and shipping takes time. It's not like everyone at ANS just sits around waiting for Steve from Philly to order something and then when it happens they're all supposed to FLY INTO ACTION!!!!

I've ordered multiple packages from them including many items and I can't really think of any other way to improve the service I've received. Their free shipping policy on purchases over $100 is great, it never took more than 3-4 days for the package to arrive, everything was nice and neat, and I will definitely buy from them again.

(Also, keep in mind they are distributors, not manufacturers, so perhaps ordering products from companies that aren't known very well isn't the best idea in the first place. I always try to stick to the ones everybody know (Empire, Valken, etc.)

OKay so, order processing was flawless, they shipped it within there processing timeframe which is perfect.
PAckage showed up packaged pretty well for the journey...but my only qualm was the person who packed it squished the living hell out of my loader box, and loader...

I am sure it will work, I'll fire it up tonight.

Otherwise it was a very good experience, they have an absolutely amazing selection.

I just ordered from ANS for the first time. I'm just getting back into the sport and had always used actionvillage in the past. I ordered a mask, hopper, and pack. Shipping took about a week, but was free so theres no complaining about that. Although When I opened my box I was disappointed to see they hadn't included my hopper. I checked the invoice and it showed the hopper as checked off and included but it was no where to be found. I called them up and their customer service was great. I was on the phone for a max of 5 minutes, and after a few questions they said they would notify the shipping dept and have one sent out that day. This was a few days ago, so as long as my hopper shows up in the next few days, then no harm no foul. Mistakes happen, as long as they are taken care of properly I don't hold it against them.

I've ordered from ANS before and never had a problem. Now I do. I ordered on 4/30 and didn't receive an email or anything. I'm sick of waiting, so now I talk to them on the live chat, and apparently there is an accounting issue. They give me a number and I have wound up holding for like 15-20 minutes twice until it leads to a "just leave us a message".


I'm pissed. I spent $440, and they have my money. I see no issue here, and it doesn't show there is an issue on paypal. They didn't send me an email or anything, yet they claimed to have. I've checked it, it's not a cluttered email and I haven't received a single email regarding this order.



I planned on using the stuff this upcoming Saturday. That's almost 3 weeks from ordering, I should have been fine.

Took over an hour to get in touch, guess what happened? I ordered for a friend, my billing address, shipping to him. I put his number down. Apparently they've been calling him for the past two weeks to "confirm" the order. Apparently I had to confirm it because it's going to another address or something. Like wtf?!? I understand they're trying to protect me, but why did I not receive an email about this? They contacted the shipping addresses phone number as well, instead of the billing.

ansgear shows a map of four day delivery, took over a week for mine. They also, when I contacted, lied to me about when I would get my order. Then when I got it they switched out the swabs I ordered for another brand. They said they just substitue things if they are out and don't bother to see if it is ok with the customer. Will never use them again. Also they sent me the wrong item and wanted to just give me a store credit and asked if me getting a product that I did not order was a problem, yes its not what I wanted!
Also if you contact through e-mail they do not put names or any business information in the e-mails, to me that is incredibly unprofessional and shaddy.

i havent ordered from ANS yet but they seem to consistently have some of the lowest prices i have seen on most items. Even lower in many cases than people selling used in the f/s/t section. I dont say anything on their threads hoping people know better than to waste their money.

I am saving to assure i get the free shipping and everything on a single order.

I had a good experience with ANS, nothing to complain about.

If anyone is worried, just pay with a CC and as soon as an issue arises, dispute it. Make sure you read all the fine print and bring up your case to Visa/MC/Disc?Amex. If you do all the hard work for them ahead of time, then they're enjoy working with you.

Or if you have a legit case, talk to your or CA's attorney general, or the BBB.

If enough people who have legitimate issues with them do this, then they'll shape up.

My guess is that more often than not people are at fault, and know it. Too many people are complaining about losing so much money with them and not doing anything about it. I've seen where people claimed they didn't get a gun. Who just lets a few hundred bucks go when you have a legitimate case to get your product or money?
