A inch of jump is not a blow by problem at all. Now a couple of feet as a issue. I have seen a mini with a bad issue shoot a ball about 20 feet into the air. If you watch the video that was posted the loader is having a major issue. If you are having a loader issue contact KEE and they will work you through it.

Indeed they have. The loaders go out tomorrow. KEE defiantly takes care of their customers

Yep, mine too. Jason @ Kee Canada was even nice enough to tell me that he was going on vacation after Wednesday, so to make sure to send it to him before then so I could get it back sooner. Kee is awesome.

Yeah - not a big deal as the bolt can contact the second ball in the stack on the way back...

If it was blow back - the ball would be expelled from the feedneck. You would be able to tell.

*****Edit: I see TheBoss answered before I saw his post.... (we are saying the same thing)

I'm sorry to hear that some of you are having problems.

Breaking paint can be a result of many issues from the gun design, ball detent condition, barrel selection, paint quality, weather, and also the hopper system.

We, the engineers at Empire Paintball hid an “Easter Egg” in the software of the Z2 that would allow us to adjust it’s settings, and now I am going to share it with you.

OK, onto the secret sauce...

1) Turn the loader on, have it running but with no paint in it.

2) Push and hold left but then push and hold right button also.

3) Hold for about 5 seconds until the green LED flashes

4) Then release left button first then release right button. You must release the buttons in the correct order. It feels weird at first, but becomes easy after an attempt or two. We made it weird on purpose.

Programming is the same as a prophecy except now left and right buttons functions are switched:
Left (rev) button chooses setting whether you want speed, sound activation, motor sensing or RF
Right(fwd) changes setting value - Press the button the number of times you want the setting

Green is speed and can be set from 1-6

Orange is sound sensitivity and can be set from 1-6

Red is motor sensing and should pretty much be left at the stock setting of 2 (it can only be 1 for off and 2 for on)

Blue is RF and shouldn’t need to be adjusted either. 1 is off 2 is on.

The values aren't the same as the Prophecy. So there are the same number of settings, but speed 3 on the Z2 isn't the same as speed 3 on an original Prophecy.

Have fun!

Simon

Once I get my hopper back, I'll be testing the speed settings and report back here with my results. I already thanked you in the other thread...but once again, thank you for this.

Have you guys checked if your check valve is in?? At one point mine was missing and I also had a problem with breaking paint and I thought it was my z2. Then upon inspecting my axe I found out that It was missing. I replaced it and then good as new.

Sorry to bring this from the dead but my brand new out of box Z2 is absolutely destroying paint IN the hopper.

Would lower the speed solver this? Everything works fine for the first ten or so shots then it starts blending paint. I just don't get it.

Any suggestions Simon?

EDIT: It seems my anti-jam comes loose when I start ramping. I know I have everything tightly together. Not sure why thats happening.
