No I didn't. Ended up missing a few pins and other hardware, my euro speed board, and my solenoid. However we were able to come to a mutually satisfactory agreement and due to some amazing people on here, bob@fixmyangel,and support at planet Eclipse I was able to replace everything.

I originally sent in my ANS GX-4 to get the Hooker feedneck installed. Finally one month after sending it in I receive word that the feedneck is finally installed. and ready to be shipped. I was told one of the reasons why it took so long is they scratched my gun while installing the feedneck so they had to reanno it. I thought that was very nice on them and was not too concerned.

2 weeks ago they sent me the bill for their work and I paid promptly. They said it would ship out that day and I should see it in 3 days.

2 weeks later Im still waiting for my gun. Ive called, Emailed, and PMd I got nothing. Its like they just dropped off the grid.

Timeline

-1/4/2012 sent gun in
-2/1/2012 Paid for gun "Shipped"
-2/14/2012 Filed Paypal Dispute, No word on my gun
Tried to contact for a week via phone calls and Email from the website
EDIT
-2/15/2012 Contact made via PM on PBNation
-2/17/2012 Gun located, Shipped to wrong address, returned to sender. Re confirmed address.
-2/25/2012 Gun received. Looks good, not great. The anno was average nothing amazing but not bad either. I most likely will never use ballers inc in the future just due to the slow turn around times and lack of communication.

Some are not completely educated on the entire matter, some parts are extremely difficult to strip, so flaws may appear (most in inconspicuous places, such as behind eye covers, in small, tight groves, you can only get the polishing wheel into so small of a space) and some imperfections may appear in places nor normally seen until disassembled. We are not saying that any of you aren't warranted in your concerns but I only wanted to offer some enlightenment.

I am sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your anodizing service & the lapse in communication. We have recently stream lined the process for anodizing and retooled our system.

O look bad media jerks a response from the company that does not take the time to respond personally to the paying customer on a timely basis or at all. Companies like this piss me off. If you would take the time to communicate with the CUSTOMERS that PROVIDE you INCOME no matter the situation, maybe they would not feel the urge to degrade you companies image.

Company is destined to fail unless you some how are able to revamp your image and your consumers overall experience.

I had simply not seen this thread until now - we have recently revamped our production line and the way we handle our orders - we have since changed the way we handle orders.

Hahahahahaha!!! This is a JOKE, right?? "Exceptional"!?!? Mannnnn...It has been just Terrible! I have given you chance after chance, warning after warning but I guess now its time to share my Horror stories with the rest of the group.

Where to being...Well let's start with my marker you stole and still have or should we start with the money that never got refunded or maybe the jobs that you couldn't finish so u just gave up after making me wait 6months while u just held on to my markers. All of this AFTER I paid in advance and AFTER I talked to Chris (owner) Personally and he gave me assurances to the contrary. I don't know what the hell is going on over there but this is a place who needs to get it together. Im filing a theft report today, including a police report, and if no response this week, a lawsuit...

Maybe tomorrow I will tell the full story, I await your response.

I think they have improved their customer service now. I just had my drone DX done a few weeks ago. Loved the way it turned out. A few hiccups but sometimes those are unavoidable.

I thought the customer service was spot on. When ever I PMed my service rep GetBunkered he responded to me in less than 15mins. Hell, they were even able to get in touch with MacDev a hole hell of a lot faster than I did when we had a question on a set of Screws.

I recommend these guys. If anyone wants some pics of their work on my Drone I'll post them up.

Yea, funny how they call you back but have yet to speak up on this at all. As a matter of fact they gone so far as to delete my posts on their Facebook so they know Im here. Just no answer because they have no excuses.

Going by the Facebook pics, it look like the Owner is enjoying a nice Hawaii vacation.

They have my G6R right now, I will update with how everything turns out. I called the shop the other day, and they were able to answer my questions fairly promptly.
