Hey guys, Do any of you go solo/single to go play paintball? I mean withough friends/family?

yea, i usually went alone before i made my team. it's no big deal, just find a group of people at the place your at and be like "hey can i set up with you guys?" and if they say yes(most will) then there you go you;re no longer "alone" haha

Playing pickup paintball is almost the same. Just don't expect to win many games with random players. Communication isn't used very well with unknown players.

Yeah I used to play solo all the time. Like mocking Da Bird said, Communication isn't that great.. but it's still fun..

i go solo sometimes, like dindrez says, communication is not effective since most are a part of teams or they are just new to ballin. but if im bored and just want to have fun, theres no reason not to just hit a random field!

Thats what happens a lot if your in the military, like myself. I used to have a team up in wa state, but I had to move to sd for orders and i go solo now. A lot of fields Ive been to have friendlier players that will talk to you, so its chill.

I play rec-ball solo, just strap on the gear and get out there to keep the skills in check. It's fun, when I don't feel like playing serious.

I don't much like playing airball with randoms though, unless its some of the regulars I know at the field.

Shafticus, what part of SD you in? I'm on Camp Pendleton, could always use a brother baller when I go haha.

I usually play solo doing rec ball. I'm usually followed by a bunch of kids using tippmanns because I'm using an "automatic".
But playing a pick up game of speedball, I usually try to get on the team with people I've talked to the majority of the day.

i hate going to play airball by myself, never get many games, end up just sitting around for the majority of the day or if ur lucky someone wont have 5 so you hop on, find a team, play all day.

I live out in Imperial Beach bro. Ive been going to total combat the past couple of weekends. Trying to get my skills back since I havent played in over a year. The lack of communication is killing me tho haha. You go to cp every weekend? pm me and we can figure something out if you want.

That. I used to have a group of 4 or 5 guys I would play with and then they all quit the sport so I've been completely unable to get into airball again. Don't want to drive an hour and a half to SC Village or ASG just to sit around all day and get like 1 game in.

Recball isn't hard to find people to play with and you can usually last fine on your own by virtue of being experienced but walk on airball is difficult at best.

I play solo Rec all the time. But to play Speedball I would want my team with me. Sitting around for a group of randoms is harsh.

hey bro, if you let me know ahead of time, im sure that i can figure something out to go. heck, if enough people get interested, we might be able to do like a group thing every weekend at a different park to make sure we get a day of play in.
