I have about 2k on ansgear and was never disappointed I just wish they would have more good stuff on "daily deals" but other than that a very solid company

i've only placed one order with them a few weeks back. the items were shipped out a few days after the order was placed. Had the items about 3 or 4 days later.

I think Ive ordered twice but one was so long ago who knows, prob went alright. Just recently I ordered the 7th Element Mini/Axe OLED for 75. Shipping was quick and arrived no prob. Switched my redz swabs to valkens, little irked about that, listed as an upgrade but they cost less (couple bucks but still) but hey they were black vs red so whatevers. The board though, although supposedly able to work with mini, was never installed as the kit came with an Axe only door thus it was useless on the mini. They did refund it plus ground shipping but it took forever. 7th was real quick in their responses ANS, couple days at least between responses. I would've assumed they check out products they sell but they did refund and eventually updated their site to prevent it. All in all it was a so - so

I deal with them on a regular basis and have 0 complaints, what little issues have come up (I order a lot) have been fixed VERY quickly. The live chat feature they have is very convenient, allows for any issues to be resolved quickly.

Me and my team are sponsored by them. We have done over $3,000 in sales with them since being sponsored and have never had a single problem. Their priority mail shipping gets packages to us in 2 business days from California to Michigan. They are our Exclusive online dealer.

Well yeah, if you pay for the priority shipping USPS will do the delivery in 2-3 days anywhere in the US. It would take 3-4 days for me since it takes them 2 days to process my orders lol.

I am glad to hear someone sponsored by them has positive things to say about them......? lol

Actionvillage (and WICKED SPORTS) are ****ty pb vendors. Their products may be cheap, but you DO RISK of not receiving your items on time or at all.

Don't believe me? Try contacting them via Customer Service. 9 times out of 10 you can't even get through to their customer service. I have had a few friends who have filed a joint settlement against ActionVillage.

As for ANSgear, I have never had any problems with them. They stand behind their products and have one of the top customer service in the industry.

I recommend supporting your LOCAL Paintball vendors.

When I have to order online, I always usually order ansgear. I have literally ordered within the past 2-3months about 6 grand worth of items.

I got everything in a timely matter. No more than 4-5business days including processing time.

They didn't have a certain color item in stock and promptly called me within a few hours to let me know they were out of stock and if I wanted a refund or replace it with another color or item.

Only time I order from somewhere else is if they don't carry the product or out of stock on something and I find it somewhere else.

I just ordered some gear on the 13th and they didn't send it out for shipping until the 19th. I usually don't order paintball stuff off the internet because I live close enough to atleast 2 if not more paintball stores. Actionvillage use to have a store front here in IL but has been closed for a few years now. I only order from Actionvillage online once but had to return the gun I ordered because of the rear bolt guide was bent. They took it with no problems and I got another one but a different color because they were out of the one I ordered but I liked the coloring of the new one better. That was the benifit of living within driving distance of Actionvillage when they had their store front. If I need any other gear and ANSgear has it cheaper then Discount Paintball I'll see if their shipping is any better for my stuff. I shop around to find the lowest prices and they all seem to have the same gear for the same prices. Discount Paintball (discountpaintball.com) and Paintball Explosion (pbbomb.com) are both located here in IL. Both as far as I'm concerened are good places to shop. Zephyrpaintball.com, and badboyztoyz.com are some other sites I've found. I'm sure there are others but these are the ones I normally vist for prices. I figure why pay shipping when I can go to the paintball store down the street.

I decided to give them another shot at it.

Order Placed: April 24, 2012 at 10:02:00 AM PST

So 48 hours later, still in the "processing" stage... sigh. I don't get how people tell me they buy items and get them in two days where every time I order from this site it takes 2+ days just to get them to ship it. Last time I called them and asked what was taking so long and that's what got the ball rolling.... this time I'll just sit and wait to see how long this company really takes when you don't contact them.

At least their customer service reflects their company.

It took 6 days for them to process my order before shipping it and I only had 3 items for them to ship.

This is generally my experience as well. I typically order on a Monday, and it arrives on Saturday, just in time for my weekly field trip every Sunday
I've placed quite a few orders with them recently and it's been about the same each time, whether it was a small $50 order or a large $900 order.
They have such a great selection as well, I can get pretty much any color I'm looking for
