Washing knee pads to shrink??

I finally received my new Valken knee pads in the mail today. They're great pads but they run a little big on me. Can I wash them and dry them to shrink them up a bit? I really don't feel like sending them back and their not too far off from where they need to be.

They may be damaged in the dryer. They also may not shrink enough to help, since the padding may also be enlarged to accommodate the size and i doubt that'll shrink.

I've never dried any of my sports pads in the dryer ... not good for the fibers. But by the time it truly damages it ... you'll probably be ready for new ones anyway

Unless its that time of the month, get rid of them and buy paintball pants with pads built in.
