I just bought a new Empire contact 2012 jersey and it fits right, my only problem is the pads on the arms are really large and dont fit your arms very well... they just are kind of flat and dont really bend very much. does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the jersey to fit the shape of your arms better???

Wash it multiple times, it softens up the padding. A bit.
