Wow that must have been one terrible dive. Did the macro line come out?
I hope I never bend my frame. I think it would get so pissed especially if it was my CSL.

PE does replace frames this is the third or fourth one thats been bent at the field i play at and they've all been replaced.
this is from they're website:
"Instances of customer inflicted damage such as bent frames and any affiliated broken parts will be dealt with on a case by case basis and as such may be subject to charges for parts and/or labour."

I understand this and I am familiar with this statement as well. I hope it is replaced for him as well. It is a 08/09 ego, so he will probably have to pay something. It just isn't right to assume that PE will replace it. Your statement made it sound like the gentleman who bent his frame will be getting a replacement for free or even right away. PE does have excellent customer service.

Impact, no kidding!
sorry, couldn't help maself
More than likely you'll have to pay for the frame since this is technically user-inflicted damage. I'm bookmarking this thread so I have it ready when the next lemming tries attacking PE for making shoddy guns that fall apart. The user said it himself, he'd rather have a wrecked gun than a wrecked body.

talked to the local eclipse tech today he said they only replace frames of newer guns that are still under the one year warranty.
