pack shaking

anyone know if theirs a certain way to put on your pack so it wont shake everywhere or is it just because i have to many pods on it? or its not tight enough? or its to low or to high on me? post up and i appreciate all the help.

Typically, it's the weight of the load, and the pack's own structure/design. Packs that fully encase the pods shake less (since it prevents the pods from bouncing around), and packs with thicker back padding, to absorb the shakes. You do want it a little snug, but you don't want to squeeze your guts out or lose mobility.
