I don't have the exact link, and I can't go find it since I'm told to stay out of the FDT. I was banned for using someone's picture without permission. The rules clearly state I can use it if it's already used on this site.
The picture was posted in osst multiple times, and therefore I can use it.
Maybe you could get it? There's not going to be anyone who will search for it, but I assure you the picture came from here, since I have no social networking and there is no other place it could have came from. Pimpyodapimp is the user.
I've never once impersonated him. Just because you have Ron Livingston as your avvy doesn't mean you're impersonating him.

When I say maybe you could get it I don't mean than in a ******* way, there is just no way I could get the link without asm or osst accounts. It would be before I was kicked out of the fdt, and I'm sure Kyle or Don have seen it although they might deny it. Users in the fdt post pictures of themselves all the time, especially saying Jambo.
It was to make fun of the porno mustache and sunglasses, no impersonating. If I posted said that it was me, and said my name was Mike/pimpyoda that would be impersonating. But that wasn't even the account that got banned for it.

The rules state I don't need his permission. It was already on the site so I could use it, nowhere in there does it say that is ban offense.
And alright, that wasn't how the post weren't meant but I can see how that would get confused.
If using someone else's picture is something worth a ban, you need to rewrite the rules so that it clearly says that. If someone post a picture on this forum, or anywhere else on the internet they allow other people to use it unless it is copyrighted material (See the Lane Wright Psp Photo thread from the last event). And you need to stress that, because then that means I can post pictures of myself, and no one else can use it on here unless they specifically ask for my permission and if they do, they get a ban just like I did.

It's both. You are supposed to get permission for personal pics. This is why you agreed to stay out of the FDT. It just gets the better of you every time. You can't seem to let it go.
If you look you can see the user from the FDT came out to troll me, and got on accounts from 2k11 that had one or two post to do so, which didn't even get banned.

My account got banned, then the next day my other account got banned for using the picture. The rules did not state that I had to have permission to use a picture, and I see that they do now, so it would be nice to have my account back so I can not deal with Buscemi eyes.

Well it gets unbanned tomorrow but it would be nice to have the infraction reversed since the rules at the time did not state you needed the users permission. They do now so this issue won't happen again.
