We just had occation to ship to a soldier oversees. We had to provide a Customs form. Under item shipped, I wrote in "Paintball Marker". The clerk wanted to know if it ws some kind of sharpie!
When I described a paintball marker to him ("it shoots paintball"), he said that he didn't think it would go thru.
Anyone ever have problems with this kind of shipment?

nope... I have gotten two guns shipped over here to Germany... and I also have shipped a gun from here... I told the clerk the same thing "paintball marker" on the customs... and she asked if had any air/ batteries.. I said "no" and she shipped it.. was pretty easy...

Tanks have to be empty. New policies say certain batts can't be shipped by some carriers

^^yes to this aswell, though I did buy a brand new tank and it shipped here just fine? I think the only batteries that can't be shipped are the lithium- ion ones...
