It's actually "you're". If *you're* going to question someone's intelligence, perhaps you should use proper grammar.

Idk, it's just me but I don't want to personally be the specific individual that makes people quit playing and that is why I try to be nice and open minded with all players - even if they are know-it-all teens (and I think we either A. were like that at that age or B. had good friends who were, so I try to cut them a little slack). However, if you're cool with it; so be it.

Good luck with your kids though, and kudos for your (proper illustration) service and taking the time out for them.

I think they are 10-32 or 8-32 screws. If it's an 8-32, just retap it for 10-32 and get a 10-32 screw. Next time don't crank that screw down so tight. The threads are just in aluminum and they don't take a lot of abuse.

I'll be rocking my cocker tomorrow!

10-32, time to get some helicoil or tap for a bigger size (might not look good though).

I know how to spell man, I just graduated from Loyola in December, and both my parents are educators. I'm not worried bout my spelling pbn(I'm on my phone 90% of the time). But let's kill this and get back on topic like someone had said earlier.

Isn't there still a big mech cocker following in chicago? I haven't been there in about 5 years, but when I went there last, tons of woodsballers were using them (being BBT land). I would say probably 30 players with mech cockers.

I never see mech cockers at the field. They have all been converted to pumps and there's a lot of those. I suppose that's OK, but I love mine with it's pneumatics in place. I effectively have a unique gun that no one else has. I get looks and people stare at my gun. I'm good with that. If I play with one of my Proto's no one even notices. Even when I pull out my MD Drone DX, no one pays attention to "just another spool".

All the BBT'S and warped sportz have closed up there chicago locations. There are always a few at Cpx (pumps mostly) but yes badlandz has a good cocker following.

I notice that alot of the mechs are hinge designed....I only shoot slide triggered rigs...not a big fan of the electro. I know alot of people shoot what is easier but man, patience and practice works wonders...learn to shoot a slide.

By shocker do you mean the "new" ones or the box tank?

what kind of opinion are you looking for? Performance? Looks? Reliability?
Personnally I love the ultralite cockers I would keep it mech or make a nice sniper out of it, but thats my preference, I don't care much for electric guns and the hassle of guns dying mid game

I'm not a fan of drilling into a non-eye body. I'd keep it mech personally.

If its already drilled keep it electro..by drilling for the eye it decreased the value a bit. Electro guns do drain battery, even when they are off. Take the battery when your not using it and there shouldn't be any worries

where I play, i was using my S6 in the woods and then a team asked me to play with them in a speedball game(they had minis and egos), and I pulled out my Purple / blue Sto and the guys said "what is that?!" and i said its "old school" and only one kid knew what it was and gave me props. He said that im the first guy in a long time using a cocker on a speedball field. He even used it one game and fell in love. its really sad that either you dont see them often or people dont know what they are....i just sold it recently, and got a Mech Orracle just to have an updated cocker
