I really need to get a good jungler and have been looking at picking up Shyv but that 6300 seems so far away with how much I play. Should I keep going or pick up a Mundo or Lee Sin (don't know their prices) instead?
I like mundo jungle. I really like amumu jungle but he is very blue dependent and can get counter jungled pretty easy. I would recommend mundo or udyr if you don't want to save for 6300.

Stonewall's videos are fantastic. He doesn't always show you how to build the champion, but he'll show you the starting route and pros and cons.
I'm not sure on this: I think he has done some work with Riot in the past. At times he has mentioned stuff that is up and coming, like he has an early release of the patch and works out bugs and what not for riot. That is just the impression I got from a few videos of his, one was a rant about nerfs and changes to the jungle.

Fiora, Nautilis, Sejuani and maybe lulu.
I jungle 6/10 games I play and the rest I just do what ever. I'm leaning towards the first three, but from there I have no idea.
I like naut and sej for their CC and Fiora just seems like a master yi on roids.

Fiora - worthless, She is a slow jungler, easy as hell to beat solo top, buy ninja tabi and laugh
Sejuani - have any place in ranked games, too easy to counter, too item dependent, and cant afford to stack gp5 like other tanks
lulu - I dont know enoguh about yet, I have seen good ones and I have seen bad ones, but they never seem like a big difference either way
naut - low damage ganks, but so much the fact he has a grab, a stun, a aoe slow, and a aoe stun, makes his ganks devistating when top lane does alot of damage, but not good when you have a tank top.
I personally would save till the next champ, but if you must chose, naut is my choice

He has the pre-release hecarim champ in the jungle. Doesn't do much, but pretty cool just to watch.

Sejuani- you should be building gp5 on her, she isnt there do deal damage, the amount of CC she brings is crazy, and if you hit her dash on a gank, its almost a guarantee kill.
LuLu-good as ****, she can solo top, support, or mid(although she isnt a ap carry), her late game is crazy
Naut- one of the best junglers, does decent damage, pretty good clear speed, innately tanky, only a few champs can rival his cc. And idk why you said his ganks are only devastating top, Top laners always do damage, there is never a pure tank top.
And from what ive seen and from playing on the test server, Hacarim is meh in jungle and will like be a top laner.
