I also wanted to see if you guys pull your bunkers in after the weekend... leaving them out in the weather will kill them real quick.

I would recommend it not be a streetball event. SWAT has that covered. Everyone likes playing with their friends.
A staging area is my main suggestion, and you are already on that. Having a designated chrono station with a large, stationary chrono would be nice. I had a pod shattered from across the field. Not everyone is as safety conscious as they should be and tracks down the hand held.
Change up the layout every month or so. Everyone loves a fresh layout. Some netted deadboxes wouldnt be a bad idea. Especially for a tournament.

forgot about that one. I was not impressed with the grafitti. Lots of bounces, and not just on my end. I got bounced on my head several times.
The orange and yellow shelled valken shot pretty well.

Great info Guys Keep it coming.....we have alot of Na sayers on this event Please understand that this tournament is not intended to be something Super Special...at most its to test the waters....also to show that our field can Handle bigger events when time does come to do so....

He said better paint for the tourney, elater. No one like bounces, but it was fine for practice. it helped me stay in longer, thats for sure.
Whatever that yellow and orange shelled valken was, it was a fair price and should be fine for a 3 man. I don't know what kinda distributorship deals you have, but FSU took APX Fyre to Nationals one year and it shot great. Reasonably priced too.

Couldn't agree more
As far as helping to lay the field out, if you line the field with like spray paint or something around the perimeter and than every 30 feet in the field of play, it will make setting the field up WAY faster
Of course I haven't been out there yet so if you already do this than ignore my post
