Vice wont shoot over 270-280

i have the pressure tester and i feel i have tried everything with the regs, battery, lube, orings, ive changed the dwell. i want it to shoot a lil faster i mean who doesnt play at 290-300. any ideas to help me out?

when youre chronoing after adjusting your pressures, in reference to turns are you making adjustments by the 1/8 th turn?
