If you're in the area and would like to go to D-Day but are at a loss to what unit to join or don't know anyone else going, well, look no further! I'm going and I'm in command of a unit out there that needs some more stellar players!
The Light Dragoons, as described by some of the senior staff of the Allied Command:
The Royal Dragoons provide the crucial mechanized infantry support
to the Royal Hussars, covering their backs and flushing out anti-tank
gunners wherever they try to hide. The Dragoons escort the tanks,
clearing out ambushes and stopping flanking maneuvers-the tanks
may clear the way for the Commonwealth forces, but the Royal Dragoons clear the way for the tanks.
Mounted or unmounted, the Dragoons have a symbiotic relationship
with the Hussars. The Dragoons are the worst enemy of the German
anti-tank forces. A Dragoon has to keep their head on a swivel and
their fingers on the trigger, able to watch every angle and counter
With that being said, we are in need of players willing to shoot, move and comminucate as a team! We also are considered to have a critical and crucial impact on the enemy as well as how well we support the other units around us!
If you like scoping out individual players and going on specific missions to hunt down your targets and foes, we're the unit to join!
We have fun throughout the week while we train on tactics and working with the tanks to get used to moving with them and shooting enemy A/T.
The Commonwealth is known for our can-do attitude, positive atmosphere and honor - both on and off the field. We're more commonly known as the "Maroon Goons" and take pride knowing that people recognize us no matter where we are at in the world.
Join the Commonwealth and fight as a Dragoon today!
And hey, we get to ride the tanks instead of walk everywhere!

If you haven't experienced D-Day yet, this is the year to do it! There's a lot going on with it being the 15th anniversary of the game and the 10th aniversary of the Commonwealth!
