I prefer to work out alone. It enables me to concentrate on the lessons that the Iron has for me. Learning about what you're made of is always time well spent, and I have found no better teacher. Could you perform efficiently? Hell no.
Could your body's organs continue to function? More than likely
I read that 1100 calories is the minimum for most people to be able to maintain proper bodily functions. But again, I believe that has a lot to do with the micros.
These given calories quantity is good for health and it is only for common person. If you are doing exercise and your whole day works very hard then you will need 1500 calories in a day. I prefer to eat banana to get lots of calories and you can take it with milk.

My banana has milk squirt out of it, is that normal?
800 for to long and your hair will start to all out you can't be very active on 600 a day and still be able to do a whole lot of anything for a extended frame of time you ever ask a real docotr on this he will tell you it's not good at all at least 1200 to 1500 and if your somewhat active 1500 to 2500.
its ok guys, i make up for it by eating over 4000 calories a day.
