So I have a thundercat that's blowing co2 out of the barrel. I know on my spider that was the cup seal, but is it the same on this one? Where can I get a replacement?

That parts kit will have the correct replacement valve seal.

I've had a seal on one of my Cats for over a decade and it still seals okay. Have you had your Thundercat long? You are cocking it before gassing it up, right? Also, you could try dry firing it about 50 times and see if that helps.

I've had it for like 5 or So years stored in a box. My brother gave it to me, all he told me was it was broken.

I haven't had much time to mess with it really, I only had a little bit of co2 not even enough to shoot a ball lol.

OK So I replaced all the seals, springs, and the cup seal. It still blows co2 out the barrel, I tried flipping the valve to no avail.

Any ideas?

when you replace a cup seal, you need to still seat it to the valve. shoot it for about 20+ times and it should stop leaking after that.

It doesn't have enough pressure with it all blowing out

There's only a few things that could be contributing to the marker leaking down the barrel.

1. Cup seal. Sounds like you replaced it so unless you used a faulty cup seal, it's probably not that.

2. Valve face. This is the bottom of that plastic-y spaceship looking thing that comes in direct contact with the cup seal. It has to be smooth and level. Verify that it is so. If there are tiny burrs or bumps on it, then it might need sanding down to make flat and smooth again. I've tried highlighting the aforementioned areas in red in the pic below.


3. There's an o-ring that goes below the plastic-y spaceship looking thing that seals it against the bottom of the lower receiver. Make sure that o-ring is good. Also, make sure the walls of the hole where the spaceship-y lives are smooth and not marred by tool marks or other idiot marks.

4. Verify the spring is good.
