Since it appears the media policies of the PSP will soon change eliminating the job sector I currently have and thereby securing and boosting the value of the SMP/PSP effort and more specifically space on the field, I was interested in the available positions soon to be offered with this increase in media production and potential. As much as I am enjoying the content so far, there seems to be far too much work for one storyteller to surmise and you have no doubt already fallen behind this season in reporting such fantastic efforts of players and teams grinding it out.
With many people supporting the SMP Project, I felt this would be a great way to become involved in furthering our sport! But Hey- Why keep it to myself? I was wondering some things, and maybe as a community we can talk about it, since I’ve keen interest on fully understanding the structure of the PSP and how I might fit in! Maybe the lot of us will come to work for the PSP and the SMP! How grand a scale could our humble sport boast once such a project reaches fruit?
Just think- if we were to secure a team of 20 to work. All the benefits of a federally mandated and protected work environment would be ours with payment coming directly for our promotional works within the league! All the work we would get done!
Who runs the PSP? Is it just one person or many people?
What sort of company is the PSP?
What employable positions are available in the PSP?
Is there an organizing committee?
Who is the current working staff of the PSP?
Who decides rules and regulations in the PSP?
Who runs the marketing sector of the PSP?
What is the residence of the PSP?
Will there be changes made to the media policy of the PSP in 2012? If so, who came to those decisions?
Does the PSP employ litigious representatives I may speak to one-on-one? (You know, to talk about contracts and legal protections working with a smile!)
Thank you for your time. Don’t worry- I’ll call you!
