I haven't had my Legend fully aired up since last fall so I can remember but I think I had mine set below 280, I also am running the Rhino Spring though.
Rutley I received your parts today.
Snapped a few pictures when I got to my office at work to try and give everyone a little better look at them.
Just off hand I can say these parts feel super light (which was the point, duh) I will have a even better feel when I get home and hold them compared to my stock parts. The field I play at should be opening soon so I don't have any HPA to do full chrono tests yet but I have been running my markers off of my Air Compressor so I will be able to cycle the marker to get a idea of how the new parts feel.

The machining on those parts look great. If I'm not mistaken it takes 200-220 psi to get to 280-300 fps. I have a Rhino spring and think I have it set at 180 psi.

Ill have to post some comparison pictures myself this weekend. How ironic... Where in MN are you located? We'll have the two best shooting Legends in the state!

Midwest MN in the small town of Sacred Heart. I play at Area 22 Paintball outside of Hutchinson.

Hmmm, so can you PM me on the cost of the kit? I'd be down to do a comparison. The parts look way better than I'd anticipated.
What's the ram and pin made out of?

I'll buy a set immediately if the testers approve and I can get my hands on another Legend. Love these guns.

Holy crap.
And it sounds so much quieter, too. Almost as if starving on air.
Definitely want to buy if I can get some consistency and efficiency numbers as well as a vid on a higher ROF.

I've been dead in the water for awhile now with not having the lightened spring and better fitting orings (so I could properly gauge it's performance with everything as it should be) and then a combination of bad weather and school deadlines, but I'll be taking this thing out for a go this coming Sunday. I have a chronograph as well, so I'll take a nice Full HD video of my Legend firing with these parts and everyone will get a better sense of the performance boost. I'll also write up a nice review to accompany it; I'll try to keep everyone posted, thanks.

Still doing some testing with mine when I get out to play; but I am very impressed to say the least. There is a very noticable reduction in kick and barrel rise. I have my kit set up with Rh1no's spring, and it's been working awesome so far. As far as efficiency increase goes, I will need to play with the dwell and other settings a little more to see if I can get a greater increase than I have been getting.

Looks interesting. How much would something like this cost? Allso, that bolt pin looks a bit tall. Are you sure you can fit lower sitting hoppers such as the pinokio and the rotor?

Rotor fits no problem with the tall pin

How many more would you consider fabricating? I can't get one now, but after a few other things on my list, I'd definitely get this for my personal legend.

Has anyone really confirmed these work across all modes and if there is a notable efficiency improvement and not just feel. Seems like it went back and forth with reviews of works great to gun won't eve reach 260 and barely cycles.
Just to note, TechT kept the zero ping ram, hush bolt, and lo pro pin all the same weight as stock in order to maintain the same moving parts vs valve balance. Eigen has yet to release his g6r rammer primarily because he can not get the performance gains he wants due to lightening the ram causing more problems then gains. Same happened with gen 4 timmys. Lighter is better but when the whole system is designed to operate at one weight and you cut that in half and leave other parts stock it cam cause more headaches than it's worth.
But have not seen anyone with updates on this or their experience with it in some time.

it would not work for me. i had to raise the hpr over 50 psi to get it to chrono to 280 fps. and shooting in psp 12.5 it would chop like crazy.

Uhhh... The gun normally works at 190 psi, so even with any upgrade you could possibly throw at the legend, you'd have to raise it over 50psi anyways.

I have played with these parts and would anyone like to know the firing rate? also rutley has his gun as seen in the video on NO STOCK INTERNALS! also i would say that even at the arguements that it is a discontinued gun and these parts cost too much picture this: this gun will shoot faster than an ego as said by an actually speedball ego user.
