Time for me to start saving up. Living legends seems amazing! $140 for entry and a case is hard to come by for a kid, but it will be worth it!

I'm dying to go. I'd be there this year if I didn't have an important event going on at the same time. It seems to be one of the events you must do at least once.

Haha, awesome. They should use you to help promote the event.

Byt he end of legends i'm counting on having spent atleast 1000$ more.
This is the third year in a row that i fly in from sweden to play paintball, meet friends and have GREAT FREAKING TIME!

Haha don't I wish! I literally get back May 14th, and that weekend is the event.
Hopefully though, with what I have planned, all of the Empire will know who I am by the end of the weekend

And don't forget, as an added attraction you can always stop over at the NPPL Chicago Open and see some of the nation's top pro players in the tournament. This is the only event in the nation where you have a professional tournament and one of the world's most well-known scenario events all in one weekend at one of the world's most amazing venues.

Put it this way... If you have never played at a big big game before then you have to do it at least once.
I'm checking it out for the first time, I hear good things!

How does this event compare to D-Day, ignore the fact that NPPL is also going on? I am going to D-Day this year, may go to LL next year.

D-Day is really only one day of actual game play. Legends you get 2 days. You also get to meet, rub elbows ,shoot at and shoot along industry pioneers, VIP's and legends of this great sport. You cant beat that.

Was at the event last year but didn't play it. Just saw how amazing it was really wish that I had not missed pre-registration for this year. I'll be there for NPPL but might try to squeeze in some LL5 action as well.

Not to mention at D-Day you can't use NERF Rockets for taking out tanks which is just silly.

Is there any other factors to include in LL over Dday? I honestly don't care about meeting pioneers or large names in the industry (though I'm sure most people do);however, shooting nerf rockets sounds much more entertaining than specific colored paint at a designated area.

Also. to address the OP question, YES it is worth the money. I saw it for first time at LL3 when I was there for NPPL, and was like OMG I want to play this. The following year I played NPPL & LL4,.. this year I'm going back just for LL5!
soooooo many targets, soooo much to do
