i needed to take a picture for my ID at the event. They said they'd have to give me a temp since their printer was down then on Saturday they said they'd mail it to me. When should I expect it in the mail?

I got mine printed without a division rank on it....they solidified it by asking me (yet again) what my rank was and marking it with a Sharpie! Stay classy NPPL!

they told me that i would take maybe like a month or less because i had the same problem

Had two players on the team without printed cards even though everything was submitted before hand. Was told to come back the next day for printed card but kept on getting the same reply each day. Event logistics are annoying and having to take photos at the event & turn around ID cards does take time & staff but hopefully teams who paid for the whole season will get their whole roster ID's for Chicago. Best part was one registration staff person took new photos of the two players to be able to print the ID's which most likely was just to make it seem like something was being done.

While I would expect a card or two to be missed when printing so many players ID's it's the last minute ID process that sort of eats up lots of time & resources for the league. As usual having cute ladies working the registration area helps with reducing complaints but hopefully things are all smoothed out by Chicago.

I also have the same problem. The thing that gets me is that we had to pay and extra amount of money to get them done their (yes I realize its my fault for slacking haha) but yet...I still don't have it. I could of came home after HB and did it on the computer for the normal price, so will I be getting that extra money back? When can I expect my ID? Will it be ready by Chicago? Any answers by an NPPL staff member would be absolutely amazing!
