Just starting my project that is due at 8am. Fun times. I've been really bad about it this semester, in this class I don't start my 10 page papers until 9 hours before they are due. At least this one is mostly MATLAB and just a short report on what we did. No presentation this time.
Had a big bank heist/hostage situation in town today. SWAT team was called out. Which knowing the SWAT team here, its more likely the criminals will get away when they show up. A couple years ago they had an incident where one team shot and killed another member on the other team because they were *******es and starting shooting into the same house while positioned on opposite side of it. The 'armed' criminal inside was found lying in his kitchen holding a broken coffee mug that had been shot and a bullet in his hip. He was unarmed. 6 months later another incident happened but that time the SWAT member didn't die, just was wounded pretty bad. That sums up how competent the police here are.

Campus pd here shot 35 rounds at a guy on a riding lawnmower... They surrounded him, and opened fire in a highly populated neighborhood.
Should a trained officer have to unload clips to hit someone?
"He's still in S-2 behind the lawnmower!!! S 2!!! S 2!!!........ K1!"
