Play teams that are better then you. As far as drills 1v1 are amazing line up 2 different bunkers about 25ft from eachother and snapshoot eachother. Only let them shoot 1 ball at a time so they cant just hang out and unload a hopper. The next one is a drill that has personally made me better and its the same setup however one person stays out the entire time(not his entire body just enough like he would in a game) and he can not snap back in to his bunker. The other guy is snapping in and out of the bunker trying to get him again only shooting 1 ball at a time. The other guy who is posting has to just stay out and not flinch. Even if he gets hit dont let him go back into the bunker he needs to stay out and try to get the other guy out. It teaches you not to flinch when someone across field is shooting at you and to actually watch the paint. The last one is breakout shooting. Start A guy at each end like they would to start a game. Then do the normal breakout (3..2..1.. Go) and they need to run and shoot to their bunker while trying to get the other guy out. Once they get in their bunkers stop and start again.

Learn how to talk to each other during a game.

Also shooting off handed is HUGE. There's some good videos on YouTube for that.

Pick up dynasty dysected volume 2. If you can absorb and apply all that, I can't see many teams beating you.

Talk to each other is big people will shut up and stop talking during the most important parts of games.

And just use all of the other tips in this thread and apply them as necessary.

Here's a bunch of videos for drills (I had to do the link that way because when the PbN warning popups for the pass off to Google it was not using the full url needed). You can also run them in your back yard using trash cans and no paint just for the exercise. Be sure to have the kids run the drills with their mask on (gets you used to sweating in it and you can determine who's fogs up/needs a lens replacement) and have them carry their gun with tank and hopper (gets them used to the weight and you can work on their field awareness by having them point the barrel downfield/at opponent). If you can set up cones (milk crates, small waste baskets, etc.) and use paint that is great. In a large basement reballs could be utilized for snap shooting drills. Plus you are going to get a bunch of great ideas in this thread too. Use what works for you and keep it fun for the kids so that they want to drill and improve.

Use Lurker Paintntball's free timer too:

Snap shooting static targets is a good place to start, then the 1-ball gun fighting drill.

For your off the break shooting, set up a target in the desired lane, give your guy a countdown, or even just a "go" at random times, and have him come off the box and shoot 3-5 balls into the lane, hopefully hitting the target. Repeat as needed to get your boys on their lanes faster and tighter.

Simple drills will work best at first, isolate the desired skill as much as possible. As your team improves, then you can start combining skills with in the individual drills. You still don't want to cook up anything to complex though.

Play 2-on-1 games, too. Makes the 2 get better angles and communicates. Helps the 1 learn how to stay alive and pull out a win from a loss.

have them practice a lot of offhand shooting, battle eachother bunker to bunker while snapshooting and only using one ball at a time, have them learn how to look for different lanes to keep an eye out for when the other team breaks or is trying to make moves, or when they want to make a move that sways the game
