Thats assuming the net is in perfect condition. And remember its right on the beach do the supports wouldn't work too well without an investment

This is why I go to paintball fields wearing shaded safety glasses. They are cheap, and double as good sunglasses too!

drop the fps too 280 and this cuts alot of the balls going over the netting,we used too play event at 280 in the uk and balls over the netting was very few 
but the big boys want 300 so get used too balls over the netting |

Your hate could be easily cured by finding a better field.
Balls over the net is part of paintball...like foul balls in baseball, or pucks over the boards in hockey! |

I would much rather get hit by a paintball traveling a fraction of its speed going over a net (it happened to me a few times and it doesn't hurt) then getting hit by a foul ball. haha
