Axe leak

Hi.

I have a brand new Empire Axe, and after shooting only one loader it startīs leaking like hell from the bolt.

One hour later i try again and it does not leak anymore.

Shoot more a less 3 pods and it star leaking again, realy bad from the bolt area.

flip off the asa, and whait +- 30 min. still leak.

shoot some shoots whit no air, (the solenoid was cliking), and i try again flip the asa, it stops leaking......

I clean the poppet and lube only the oring, reset the poppit......

Done some shoots whit no paint, and the leak doesent apear, but in one time the gun blowback same air that even the lid of the loader opened making a uge noise, but the leak do not came......

Every time that the gun had that leak i alwas ear a uge noise ( like a uge blowback in the feedneck area/loader), and than a uge leak in the bolt area.

The pressure was in 190 psi.

In the moment the gun has no leaks, but iīm not confy whit my axe.....what can i do more.....

And ...... th paint that i shoot i realy love it, very accurate ball on ball

first thing i'd do is put a new fresh brand name battery in it. just because the gun is new that does not mean the battery is.

sounds like it's a poppet problem to me, but you said you cleaned and checked it.

The battery is new....

What can cause the blowback, and some times a leak?

Lube every o-ring along the air passage: Lower transfer tube, middle transfer tube, upper transfer tube, solenoid o-ring, and all your bolt o-rings.
