nt11 making wierd noise when firing

So recently my nt11 has been making a psh sound instead of a pop. when i lower hpr the pop sound comes back but the gun won't chrono to 280. It does this with any kind of insert or spacer. It also kicks a lot when it does this and isn't smooth at all......what could the problem be??????

the updated orange square bumper oring solves this problem, call dye and have them send you one

Try swapping your Hyper3 with another NT/DM just to test. If it doesn't happen then you know its your Hpr. If it is still there proceed to check your dwell. Factory should be 9. Bump it up one at a time between tests. If you reach a dwell of 12 and still it happens reset to factory and single out that dwell is not the issue. Next would be to inspect your noid, at which point if you are not sure of what you are doing then dont do it... send it to a certified tech.

yeah its Weird . shoots fine gets a good effieciency , but makes a funny farting noise when shooting with balls in barrel , dry firing no such noise

My nt made this noise and it was due to the dwell being to high I had my dwell set to 9 but had to lower it to 7 on the factory board to fix the farting/puff/spew noise.

change out the purple orings that are on the spool, my buddies had same problem replaced the spool o-rings, shot like a champ after.

yip i got pissed with mne and did a complete oring change out .. aaah shots sweet now , got board updated to Dm13 level .. shots even better
