Maintain the HPR then re-set it by zeroing it out, going to a chrono, and upping it until you reach the desired FPS. If it is still leaking and you changed every bolt o-ring then it might be the solenoid. What year is it?

With the bolt screwed in, take soapy water and squirt it around the back cap and the screw hole under the bolt and to the right. It may be from that small screw.

Does it cycle while leaking? If it doesn't it may be from a blown or worn out Solenoid Gasket. Or possibly a bad Solenoid.

I had the same problem with mine and the new rail leaks like that if the bolt is not all the way screwed together or if the battery is low for some reason. I used a Rayovak battery and then i switched to a "paintball battery", its what the local shop sells, and it worked like a champ. Its nice because the kit comes with colored o-rings so its never a problem to change one if need be
