Guy not leaving feedback

Hi mods, so i traded my luxe For a geo 2 on PBN last month and while it was in the air and i was shipping it, The guy told me to send him money on top of my luxe during while it was in the air due to not having stock parts. He threatend to leave me Negative feedback if i do not so i just sent him the money, So he got the gun and still complained to me because of the board being messed up, The toggle switch was loose, but i changed to modes to factory settingings before it left my house. So That was dealt with he was happy and so was i. I left him feedback and i called him to tell him to leave me feedback and Told me his internet was out. Its been 1 month and he does not answer my calls texts nothing. His username is Venom1256
So if there is anyway we can resolve this please let me know.

Leaving feedback is not mandatory. A user doesn't have to leave feedback if they don't want to.

That's so scummy. I swear he literally got 60 bucks out of me. I am tired of this.

What do you mean by he got 60 bucks out of you? You can leave him negative feedback if he ripped you off without him leaving you feedback.

Think about it this way. If we contacted a user and told them they had to leave feedback, even though they didn't want to, what kind of feedback might they leave?
