What this guy did for me!
Hey guys, when I first got into BB a few years ago, my diet was pretty messed up. I ate the right foods and what not with the suggested right times. I then started getting into more forums and what not.
Anyway, I paid a little bit for this nutritionist that goes by 3J. Don't know his name or anything. Was really cheap (I got a military discount) He took every single possible formula my body could give, and that all jazz of information. Created a sick *** meal plan for me.
You may think your diet and nutrition is on par, but you wont know till you've dealt with a nutritionist that knows his ****. This guy made me put more muscle and size on while staying lean in the 6 weeks that I was on it (his meal plan is that long) than I did in the year prior eating healthy.
If you are having issues with your diet get a nutritionist! Really, they work and are amazing!

To each his own I guess....
To the OP, I started at 187 LBS 3 months ago and am now down to 150. My uncle is a nutritionist and I can honestly say he helped me tremendously. I'm pretty much all muscle now thanks to his knowledge and my willpower to workout 2 times (for 2 hours) a day.
For future reference, this would probably been best if it was posted in the fitness section, not OT.

I'm bad all around with what should go where in the ST Subs.
But anyway, at 150 how tall are you?! 2 hours is alot if you ask me. Then again, I'm afraid to over-train.

I'm 5' 9" 18 years old. I do cardio everyday (twice a day) and lift every other day. I also swim 10 laps and sit in the wet and dry sauna, so I'm not active the entire time. It's very nice to relax. Don't worry about over-training, your body will tell you when to stop. Now lifting, that's a different story. You need a day of rest to repair your muscles.

I only lift for about 30-40 minutes
