Purely bottom feeders were scooping it up. Value investing. Wouldn't doubt insiders were too.

Find companies with stocks that appear to be heavily oversold and buy them simply to flip for a quick profit.

Simply analyzing what's going on, the financials/revenues aren't that high relatively speaking and there appears to be alot of dilution and compensation doled out a long the way

leaving little for investors.

April $1.20+ a share
December less than 20 cents a share.

Ouch


On the otherhand though if you're thinking long term, they have put together $12M+ in VC capital equity deals so far. Who's to say what could happen within 5 years.
