To the OP, I started at 187 LBS 3 months ago and am now down to 150. My uncle is a nutritionist and I can honestly say he helped me tremendously. I'm pretty much all muscle now thanks to his knowledge and my willpower to workout 2 times (for 2 hours) a day.
For future reference, this would probably been best if it was posted in the fitness section, not OT.
