Field Update:

Sure seems to be taking a long time, but it's finally coming together.

Yesterday: XCEL Energy located the lines on the property.
Today: Arrival of basketball hoop and treadmill for the clubhouse.
Tomorrow: Arrival of a little Excavator & also a Bobcat with Auger and Bucket for two weeks of playing with big toys in the dirt - I mean yard work.
Monday: Arrival of 80 yards planter mix, fruit trees and raspberry bushes.
Monday: XCEL is scheduled to install the electric service to clubhouse.
Monday: Second concrete pour in the clubhouse.
Tuesday: Arrival of fencing materials.
Monday April 9th: Arrival of paintballs.
Tuesday April 10th: Arrival of steel poles, netting and compressor.
Thursday April 19th: Arrival of 580 trees and shrubs from the CSFS.
Tuesday April 24th: TWO MAN TUESDAYS league play begins. Play every Tuesday.
Thursday April 26th: Thursday Drills begin. Weekly drills every Thursday.

Field Update:
1. The folks at Valken have come through with a brand new 2012 PSP field. It'll be delivered next Monday/Tuesday, and we'll be inflating fresh bunkers soon thereafter.
2. The heavy equipment did not arrive until today, but it is here now.
3. XCEL energy was a no show, but they should have it done this week.
4. The concrete pour was rescheduled to Thursday.

A few more little delays, but overall ahead of schedule with the new bunkers on the way!

1. 2012 PSP bunkers arrived last Thursday.

3. Concrete poured last Friday
4. Excavator broke last Friday and had to go away for repairs.
5. Field poles and netting shipped today. ETA 4/9/12
6. Basketball hoop installed last Thursday.
7. Picked up the first 50 trees and shrubs today.

Looks like everything is coming together. looks like you may be the only place in colorado that has a 2012 psp field right now. All the other fields are still waiting on their new bunkers (at least this was true last time I checked).

Yup, fresh PSP bunkers are here.
The poles & netting will be here next Monday, and whomever is here next Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday to help hang the netting will be first to practice on the field.

Practices should begin on Wednesday or Thursday of next week.

Only 2012 psp field, so you need sandbags. Pro-series are shipping from sup'air this week.

What the hell are you talking about? Your point is what? God forbid someone use sandbags or stakes to secure their bunkers. Yep, the new bunker upgrade kits (pro series or not) were also suppose to ship before galveston, and then it was shortly after galveston and then a couple weeks ago etc..... If he has a field then great for him and us. When Issac at blitz gets his bunkers in, great for him and great for us. When Mike at dynamic gets his bunkers in, great for him and great for us. You get my point.

For example, we were thinking about practicing in pheonix before the event because we wanted to get some time in on the new bunkers before the event but last I checked, there were no fields in the pheonix area that had them.

Yes, IC now. The Pro Series come with the internal bladders, while the Tournament Series require stakes or sandbags. I admit that I was ignorant of the difference. However, the nice folks at Valken offered to exchange them out in a few weeks when the Pro Series arrive if we want to wait, and they also offered to sponsor the Two Man Tuesdays Paintball League.

We'll keep the Tournament Series Valken bunkers, and accept their sponsorship for Two Man Tuesdays. Sandbags anyone?

It was all good Chuck. The hardest I have ever seen the little degenerates work. It is truly amazing what they will do to be able to play paintball. We went to the store today to get stuff for easter breakfast my wife asked if I wanted Raspberry Jam I told her I hate Raspberries wonder where that came from?

I would be happy to trade some time and labor for an opportunity to practice on your field. I'm just coming out of the school year and funds are a little tight until I start work for the summer, So this sounds perfect for me.

Let me know if you still need some help working on anything. I really want to get back out on the field and shake off the winter cobwebs
