CCM s6 Autotrigger Cam moving

So broke out the equipment today for some spring time fun (what felt like spring). And i was having some trouble with my Auto trigger cam staying in place. It would slip out of the hole sometimes as far as the set screw in the pump arm would allow it. It wasnt really a huge deal as it only happened once or twice but since im a perfectionist im trying to figure out if any1 has a fix for this.

Thank you in advance

There are various versions of the trigger frame and how the autotrigger cam is held in.

Pull your grip frame off and look at it from the top side.

No Hole

Has Hole

On the side topside closest to the AT cam, there may be a small hole. If there is, then it would either use the old style of having a spring and BB to hold the cam in, or the current style that uses a pin that holds the cam in.
The other type doesn't have the hole that retains the cam, for those types, it was held in purely by pressure and the screw that is on the pump rod.

Hope that helps.

i actually found a set screw in the bottom of the trigger that i tweaked in a tiny bit andit holds the cam in place. i just had to be careful with my adjustment as it made the stroke kind of difficult. Im using a 86 degree slim frame on a s6B if that makes any difference. TY for the advice

yup it shortened the stroke of the trigger. It is also holding the AT cam in place. Not sure if its correct tho.

I actually do not like the AT is there a way to plug the hole if i remove the cam?

currently there isnt anything made to plug the hole but it would be the same as taking the saftey out of the frame.
