Moved back to southern ontario. Full beard is no longer required. 
Was +20*C yesterday. Howre things in your neck of the woods?

all times highs here in march for the past week its been like 80*F
I don't think i can mentally handle if it drops back down to freezing. It not the cold itself its the already summer before the first day of spring thing. I don't mind the change but if it drops i may drop what i'm doing and fly standby to somewhere nice. After all 2weeks ago i was driving in blizzard whether.

i love running at night in summer weather. I feel like its like a cheat code in a vidja game. Its still 76 out and despite it feeling cool i still get a good run in. I keep this up and i'll keep losing weight like a boss.
In feb i lost like 15lbs just from a diet change. dont' drink much pop so long as i drink my tea. I'll give it a couple weeks before i check my weight again but at the very least it will be nice to have some of my endurance back. Its pretty bad right now.

i've always been a water person over pop. and i have to say, it's hard to break saying pop. people look at you funny down in these parts
it's rather baffling, that 9 times out 10 when my phone is going slow/freezing (which happens constantly) beating it actually makes it go faster and unfreeze... it's very strange.

odd i throw my phone at the wall when it doesn't work.. works everytime!
I'm not losing necessarily because of soda, but if thats your goal you'd have to be crazy to drink it. I did gain because of pizza and pop. Eating when i got home after midnight plus more than 2 big gulps a day at times isn't very good for you. Cutting that out will do wonders if that is your problem.

well, the switch just kind of happened because im too cheap to buy drinks at work, so i bring a water bottle. plus at my parents house they drank mostly juice and koolaid, so when i moved out, i just never found the need to buy soda.

This has been awesome up here. Toronto, Ontario, Canada (so yeah, up north). Haven't had the kinda of snow we're used to this year. And it's been way warm too (tee-shirt weather) and I'm not one to be running around with little clothing sooner than others.
